Happy Holidays!
With Christmas just around the corner, the Hotel Veroulis is busy preparing for numerous guests. I’m sure that is the case for those of you who are staying here during the Holidays. Just a reminder, Trilogy Golf Club will be open with shortened hours on Christmas Day. Tee Times are available from 8:00 am (allowing our team members some time to sleep in for once!) and will go through 1:00 pm, allowing our team members to spend Christmas Dinner with their families. Christmas Day also rings in our Peak rate season. Please note that weekday green fees will be $130.00 and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Green Fees will be $155.00. By comparison to our competition, we are still a sweetheart of a deal.
LG Skins Game update - Anthony Kim, who shot the course record, has been given a sponsor’s exemption to the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. More home cooking for Anthony in January! In other Skins Game notes, Jeff Gove, PGA Tour member who fired a 63 during the LG Skins Game Pro Am is the proud papa of a healthy baby girl. Congrats to Jeff and Heather.
We are still getting great reviews for the conditions of the golf course. Green speeds are increasing. "The Shadow," a close friend of mine, used to put on the bottom of his rules sheets: "bring a ball mark because dimes are sliding off the greens." On some of the hole locations here, that would be the case.
Quick reminder, The Azul Restaurant will be open for a special Dinner on Saturday Night. Call for more details and to make reservations. Also the Azul restaurant will be hosting a New Year’s Eve Party. Call for details...
