With Thanksgiving just around the corner, please be aware of our tee time schedule. We will be running a double tee start on Thursday from 7 am to 9 am and again at 11:30 am to 12:00 noon.

Wednesday, November 26^th we will be starting on #10 all day long.

December 6^th and 7^th the golf course will be closed in the morning as we are hosting the Toyota Junior Tour Championship. These are the best junior golfers in Southern California. This event’s winners include Tiger Woods and Anthony Kim. Some of these players you will be seeing on the LPGA and PGA Tour in the next 5 to 8 years. We will have open times starting at 11:30am to 1:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. We have increased the number of member blocks for Thursday and Friday preceding the tournament.

Congratulations to Pete Fleury on his recent Hole in One. He used his Adams hybrid 6 iron on hole #6. Way to go Pete!

The Men’s and Ladies Club Couples Club Championship is slated for this Sunday. The field of 56 players will be playing in an 11:30 am shotgun.

The Ladies Club Championship will be hosting their Winter Guest Day on December 2^nd. For any lady who is a member of the Ladies Club, contact Sandy Knechtel for more information.

Chef Roy has started his Saturday Prime Rib Nights. Check the Azul Restaurant for more details. The ever growing Thursday Night Italian Night is gaining steam and the food continues to be outstanding.

We are teaming up with Jordan Outreach Ministries to conduct a Food Drive for the Thanksgiving Season. For every 4 cans of food you bring in, we will give you a $10.00 off coupon on your next twilight round of golf. For every 2 cans of food, we will give you a free 1 hour use on the practice facility.

This Saturday is the Paperpack Rider Concert. Just a note for golf car parking, we will have an area on the bottom of the practice facility to park your golf cars. You will be able to walk up to the concert area from there. This will help with any congestion, as potentially there could be over 400 people at the concert. The VIP Section in the Azul Restaurant has been sold out. Restrooms in the Azul Restaurant will only be for the VIP participants. We will have 6 portable restrooms set up on the landing area outside the golf shop.

Annual Passes continue to be well received. On Black Friday (Day after thanksgiving) we will be offering a special on the Annual Pass Program. For any new annual pass sold, we will give you the rest of November 2008 and all of December2008 free. The value pack will include 3 free guest passes for December,, a free Dozen Sirxon Golf Balls and 2 Free Entries to any instructional clinics that our golf professional staff puts on.
